Terms of Service

These terms apply to Ultimate Squad (the website, the desktop app and the Discord bot, together "the game"). By creating an account, playing as a guest or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

What the game is

Ultimate Squad is a free, fan-made NFL card collecting and team building game. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NFL, the NFLPA, any team or player, or EA Sports. Names and team marks belong to their owners and are used to describe real players and teams in a game.

Free to play, no real money

• The game is free. There are no purchases, paid passes or ads.
• Coins, packs and cards are virtual items with no cash value. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money, and we may adjust balances, odds, prices and rewards to keep the game fair.
• Do not trade game items for money or anything of value outside the game.

Your account

• You can play as a guest (limited to one pack and one game), or create an account with a username and password or with Discord.
• Keep your password and your Discord account secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• Guest accounts that are not used for 14 days are deleted. Other accounts can be deleted on request (see the Privacy Policy).
• Pick a username that is not offensive, does not impersonate someone and does not break the law.

Fair play

You agree not to:

• cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, or use multiple accounts to gain an advantage (please report bugs instead);
• attack, probe or overload the game, its servers or other players;
• harass, threaten or abuse other players in chat, forums, trades or Discord;
• post unlawful, hateful, sexual or infringing content;
• copy or resell the game or its content.

We may warn, restrict, remove items from, or ban accounts that break these rules, and we may remove content, with or without notice.

Content you post

You keep ownership of what you post (forum posts, team names and similar), and you give us permission to display it in the game and on the Discord server. You are responsible for it, and we may remove it.

Availability and changes

The game is provided as is, without promises that it will always be available, error free or that progress will never be lost. We may change, pause or end any part of it, including resetting seasons or rebalancing cards. We may update these terms; continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the game, including lost progress, items or access. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.
